GENERAL POLICY ON SHIPPING IN SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Due to the high volume of orders that normally occurs in sales and promotions, to facilitate management and ensure the best and fastest possible service in case of work peaks, if an item is out of stock, nadadelazos reserves the right to send the order without the missing items by creating a discount voucher and, upon request, proceeding to its reimbursement in the means of payment in which the order was made.
No product or size changes will be made. If a customer needs to make a change in size, they must request a return through the corresponding section in their customer account and proceed to send the products for the value of which a discount voucher will be created or a refund will be made. The customer must make a new order if he wants a different size. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is the fastest and most efficient way to make a change.
As a general rule for all promotions, the customer must bear the return costs. nadadelazos is only responsible for returns on seasonal products.

Up to 80% discount on the final price of all collections prior to AW21 available at www.nadadelazos.com. Shipping costs are not subject to discount, only products. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer: gift vouchers, free shipping, free returns or 10% discount on abandoned carts.

Refunds will preferably be requested in the corresponding section of the customer's account. Size changes will be made by requesting a return and placing a new order for the product in the new size.
The return costs will be borne by the customer and a discount voucher with the product value will be issued and will be available in the customer's account once the items have been verified.
